representation remains uneven, particularly in leadership
roles. While progress has been made in workforce diversity,
women are still underrepresented in senior positions.
Structural barriers and a lack of mentorship, especially in
areas like maritime and trucking, contribute to these
disparities. To drive real change, it’s essential to create
an inclusive environment offering equal opportunities at all

At CEVA Logistics, we have made significant strides with
initiatives like our Women’s Empowerment program, which has
led to more women in senior leadership positions. We also
launched our Female Networking Group in partnership with
Women in Logistics and collaborated with NOVUS to make
logistics a more accessible career for women.
