APPRENTICESHIPS

Our apprenticeship program is a high-quality career pathway where CEVA Logistics develops and prepares its future workforce, and individuals can obtain paid work experience, classroom instruction, and a portable, nationally recognized credential. Through the CEVA Logistics apprenticeship program, you can obtain paid and relevant work experience while acquiring the skills and credentials that supply chain market’s value. Several apprentices who completed our apprenticeship program have been retained and offered permanent employment!
Our apprenticeship programs in Latin America range from six to twenty-four months and are fully inclusive. Alongside an apprenticeship in some of our areas, you will also benefit from professional development training, cultural and social events, and support from the Human Resources team.

I’ve worked in the Foreign Trade area since 1995 when I graduated from college. I worked for a number of companies, but only in 2004 did I have my first opportunity to work for a freight forwarder in the sales area, and it was at this moment I was sure: I was on the right path.I am passionate about my profession and just as passionate about dealing with people. It has been more than 10 years working at CEVA Logistics and I can say that I found a fertile soil full of opportunities here. I started in 2010 as the responsible for Internal Communications in Brazil. In the course of time, I became a regional manager and my scope grew as opportunities opened up. I embraced strategic projects which gave me the chance to lead others HR areas such as Recruitment and Selection, Training and Organizational Development, in addition to opportunities to act on an international scale. Since then, I've had great leaders and coworkers who helped me a lot during my journey. I went through achievements that encompassed projects that were born timid and that gained worldwide amplitude over time. In 2019 I was nominated to be part of an important Global Leadership Development project, which meant a lot to me. I am now facing a new challenge as the Head of Communications for Latin America and I am so happy with that. What I like most about CEVA is exactly this challenging and friendly environment that we find here: people who help each other in pursuit of the same objective and the respect that we find in any place we visit.
